Stephen G. Barnes 教授简介：
Professor Barnes ( Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, China Programs Director,www.law.psu.edu, barneschina@yahoo.com, China mobile: 18600985783)is Director for China Law Programs at Penn State University School of Law (www.law.psu.edu) and has been teaching at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing for four years, where he teaches U.S. Constitutional Law, American Law and Culture, and Legal Research and Writing. He has worked in a private law firm, NGO, and also for government.
Professor Barnes received his B.A. in political science at Brigham Young University. He then received his M.B.A. at The George Washington University and a J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law.
